- Eyelid Surgery (쌍꺼풀 수술) — Creating or revising an eyelid crease, often combined with ptosis correction (lifting a droopy lid) or epicanthoplasty (opening the inner corner).
- Facial Contouring (안면윤곽) — Reshaping the facial bones — jaw, cheekbones, chin. The highest-risk category in this directory: it is real bone surgery under general anaesthesia.
- Two-Jaw Surgery (양악수술) — Repositioning both upper and lower jaws. Major maxillofacial surgery with a long recovery — often medically indicated, sometimes sold cosmetically.
- Breast Surgery (가슴성형) — Augmentation, reduction or lift. Implant brand, placement and incision site all get debated heavily in the threads.

- Skin & Laser (피부·레이저) — Non-surgical dermatology — pigmentation and resurfacing lasers, skin boosters, and energy-based lifting (Ultherapy, HIFU). What most people mean by a Seoul "skin clinic" or "petit" visit.
- Botox & Filler (보톡스·필러) — Injectables — botulinum toxin for muscles and hyaluronic-acid filler for volume. Fast, non-surgical, and the entry point for a lot of Seoul "petit" clinic visits.
- LASIK & SMILE (시력교정) — Laser vision correction for myopia and astigmatism — LASIK, LASEK/PRK, and flapless SMILE, plus ICL implantable lenses for prescriptions too high to laser. Korea is a common destination for it, at a fraction of Western prices.
